Building Envelope Technologies, Inc. (BET) is an architectural engineering firm formed by seasoned professionals who specialize in building enclosure systems and technology. More specifically, we have extensive experience with roof systems, facades, air barriers, fenestrations, curtainwalls, waterproofing, and such other building elements as may be associated with the construction and preservation of building exteriors.

Building envelope systems and techniques are constantly evolving in search of better performance, less expense, and more elegant appearance. This makes the design and procurement of the building envelope a highly technical and complex process for which the demands of a building envelope specialist’s knowledge are needed. Next to keeping the structure standing, building envelope construction is often considered to be the highest risk of any project.

BET provides expert services for these building concerns to other architects involved in new and existing building design programs, for owners engaged in the care of existing structures, for contractors and developers seeking technical assistance, and in matters of expert opinion. Located just south of Boston, we service all of New England, including MA, NH, RI, CT, VT, and ME.
