Roof Replacement

BET was retained by the property managers at Trinity Management to investigate the existing roof conditions and design construction documents for the new roof replacement for the building. This 15 story high-rise apartment building constructed in 1986, endured a significant amount of damage to the existing roof during a hurricane in 2012. This damage caused the roof membrane to detach from the roof insulation and to continue to cause water damage to the building. Due to the damage, the full roof replacement was necessary based on BET's investigation. Chaffee Industrial Roofing successfully replaced the entire roof for this apartment building and BET oversaw the whole construction process.
