245 Summer Street

BET has provided building enclosure consulting services for Fidelity Investments at their flagship building, located at 245 Summer Street in Boston, for many years. Past work has included leak investigation at exterior aluminum facade and subsequent sealant repairs, infrared scanning of roof and penthouse wall assemblies. In 2016, BET designed and oversaw the replacement of the main roof system. All work had to be designed to meet FM Global’s standards for roof systems and wind uplift, and all work had to be performed during off business hours.
