Matthew has been consulting the field of building envelope technology since 2000. He has extensive experience working with owners and property managers of existing buildings, particularly multi-family residential condominium associations. He routinely inspects properties to evaluate their condition and assist owners in addressing both immediate and long term repair needs. Matthew is particularly experienced with designing and overseeing large-scale capital replacement projects, including roof replacement, siding and trim replacement, window and door replacement, deck/balcony replacement, and masonry restoration.
