Parkview Condominium

BET was retained by the Parkview Condominium Association to investigate and prepare design documents to replace the roofs. The property consists of three 2-1/2 story buildings with 36 individual residential units. BET worked alongside The Russo Company providing construction observation and project administration services to ensure the work was done according to good workmanship standards, the specifications, and Code. The project was completed in 2019 by Neponset Valley Construction and was well received by community.
