Deer Crossing Condominium

BET was retained by the Condominium Association at Deer Crossing to investigate the roofs and to prepare design documents to replace the roofs. Deer Crossing has 24 townhouse style residential units dating back to the 20th century that were in need of a roof replacement. BET worked alongside Mercantile Property Management providing construction observation and project administration services to ensure the work was done according to good workmanship standards, the specifications, and Code. The project was completed in 2020 by Schernecker Property Services and was well received by community.
