Viking Residence Hall

BET collaborated with William Rawn Associates Architects for the design and construction of the new Viking Hall at Salem State University. BET consulted during design development, and provided peer review detailed documentation of the project specifications and detail drawings. BET performed air and water infiltration testing of the window and facade construction. BET utilized our field testing equipment, verifying the installed and constructed fenestration and facade materials met industry performance standards. BET provided Construction Observation Services from the inception of the project construction to review the on-going progress of the construction work.
